Pursuing natural health & thinking beyond the superficial. Deconstructing Culture.

So while Independence didn’t really happen since the US is still heavily tied to the leech that is the UK; the fighting, ethnic genocide, migration and apartheid did happen and genocide of natives still happening (as well as in Canada) – sometimes you have to appreciate the irony. Karma is apparently mean even though it’s supposed to be self-caused, I’m also mean apparently.

giant-meteor-2016 -us-president-campaign

Dontcha just love that (and find it sad at the same time)? I’ve been finding that hilarious (and tragic) since I first saw it.

According to the results of a North Carolina poll last week (a state I wouldn’t want to visit anyway given their crazy legal officials), a Giant Meteor that could destroy the Earth is more appealing to some US folk than their presidential candidates. Can you blame them?

Lol the hilarity, a least some people realize that voting for the lesser evil – and which is that exactly – is not the answer. Heck you don’t even have an attractive candidate.

The amazing actress that is Kilary Clinton who went from ripping the thick as a plank Obama to instant chameleon like fandom when he beat her to official candidate can’t even make a better impression than… The just almost unspeakably ridiculous Donald Chump. I would say Donald Duck, but at least he’s sweet and Daisy loves him. What does that say? Even her acting can’t disguise what a horror she is. Maybe some soft lighting and through-the-screen hypnotism would work (joking). How can people possibly choose between those two pieces of Earth toxic contamination? Hilary with her shadow creature vulture possession/power initiation (and lesbian sex ritual) and Trump (a word which is far far far too good for him aka a trump card or trumpet) who no self-respecting shadow creature would waste time on. I mean come on? Why waste the energy, at least Clinton would give you something in return (gross idea), what would you get out of Trump except a loss? If any such ‘demon’ deal was made with him, someone tell me so I can seek out the creature to point and laugh. Well no, I’d get someone to do it on my behalf because they’re skittish around some of us.

Here are the results of the poll btw:

It’s a simple reality that both of this year’s Presidential candidates are unpopular. Clinton’s favorability is 39/54, and Trump is even worse off at 35/58. This has given rise to the ‘Giant Meteor for President’ movement, and we find that the Meteor would poll at 13%- far more support than the third party candidates actually on the ballot- with Clinton at 43% and Trump at 38%. The Meteor is particularly appealing to independent voters, functionally in a three way tie at 27% to 35% for Clinton and 31% for Trump. Maybe that’s who the Libertarians should have nominated.

I liked the way this source wrote their article – not generally a site I look at but still I appreciated the way they reminded me of the 2011 polls which showed whether Obama, Palin and the participants themselves believe in rapture and would be raptured:

This is not The Onion.*

An actual polling company actually polled 853 actual registered voters to see if they would rather vote for Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton or a Giant Meteor hitting the earth. And the results were pretty interesting.

Public Policy Polling (PPP) is a North Carolina-based polling company. They are not a hoax. But they do have a history of asking unusual questions along with the usual “who would you vote for, do you have a favorable or unfavorable opinion,” and so on. For instance, they asked Florida voters if Ted Cruz was the Zodiac Killer and if Christians believed President Obama would be Raptured.

In this poll, they asked all those usual questions we talked about. Clinton has a 4-point edge if the election were held today, though the margin of error is 3.8 percent. Clinton and Trump both have high unfavorables.

However, they would still win if the other option was a giant meteor obliterating earth and/or causing a drastic climate change that would either kill us, as it did the dinosaurs, or force us to evolve into a species of super-beings who are impervious to heat.

The Giant Meteor 2016 movement, also known as Sweet Meteor O’ Death or #SMOD16, began as a joke by those unhappy with their presidential choices. The Twitter account now boasts more than 20,000 followers. You can even get a bumper sticker. “Ready to Make an Impact, Tough on Putin & Iran,”* the bio reads. “I’ll probably destroy all Earthly life.”

Well at least it’s upfront about it.

So in the poll, which really happened, 43 percent of people would vote for Clinton, 38 percent for Trump and 13 percent would break for the giant meteor.

7 percent were undecided.

Of note: The meteor option polled nearly twice as high as a separate question which included the main third (and fourth) party candidates. Jill Stein of the Green Party polled at 2 percent, while Libertarian Gary Johnson hit 5 percent.

See the full poll for yourself, and keep an open mind about all the presidential candidates as we head toward November. Even the ones who would likely create a crater the size of Texas.

*The Onion is most easily described as a satirical, political publication.

*No comment on Putin other than that he’s been on the surface at least ‘obedient’ and stoic since that day he walked out of a meeting and building after one little, innocent (and ignorant) sentence/comment to him; no reply, just turned around/aboutface, departed… And started playing the ‘good guy’ (as opposed to the Anglo-American angle) ever since, and doing it well if you read anything other than regular news here. Out of the other personal wealth obsessed people at a meeting last week he was the only one who also recognized that ‘person’ again who said the original comment before She left and She was only there momentarily. Interesting. I was impressed. Making the ‘bear’ at least seem better than many of the rest. I still can’t forgive his joke about Katsav raping 10 women in 2006, though the follow-up claimed the meaning was lost in translation. I also can’t accept his past but he’s not like the regular puppets and not a cretin, more interesting and that keeps you alive to the gods.

It’s funny in May 2011: http://www.publicpolicypolling.com/pdf/PPP_Release_US_0526.pdf

Hmm with all those people in ‘Heaven’ what would be the point? Just the same as here. Wouldn’t you rather be one of those who ‘Heaven’ says “oops sorry our bad, take this one back, we reaaallly don’t want them”? Or “get down there and learn your lesson, we’ll hurt you until you beg to be let back in only once you’ve decided that every unforgivable crime possible is good and not bad.” Or howabout “stop coming here, we’re running out of guards to kick you out and we’re running out of locks!”

I certainly wouldn’t want to share the same space (and unfortunately do in terms of being on the same planet) as US/UK presidential/PM/most prominent political candidate wannabes, let alone an eternity of immortality with them. Can you say Hell?

A giant meteor alone wouldn’t be enough.
