Fashion that pays in my opinion is shopping that isn’t a one way street, fashion that doesn’t just burn a hole in your pocket.
When clothes shopping I always follow the motto Quality/Versatility/Value, so good quality clothes that will last a long time, versatile in that they can be mixed and matched and value e.g inexpensive usually on sale, clearance or vintage (much love to eBay and markets). I also discovered a website called Chicstar where you can basically get free or discounted clothes if you enter their fashion design contests and are successful and/or buy anything and then get cash back for submitting customer photos. A similar ongoing design contest is held at Thuderlily who specialize in locally sourced, fair trade fabrics and have a taste for couture fashion.
There are many sites that encourage member participation, such as Chictopia, Modcloth, BreakfastwithAudrey and even more with shopping rewards; so get searching, get involved and enjoy your online experience even more! It’s all about democratizing fashion and making beauty cruelty free and fair!
